STANDARD ROOM
Our Standard Rooms are suitable for a single person.
Comfortable room fully furnished with bed, bedside and lamp and wardrobe. Due to the variations in size of our coliving homes some standard rooms may have a desk. Some standard rooms also have ensuite facilities.
Pricing will vary on all our standard rooms as the size, location, and specification varies from house to house. Standard rooms also differ in either having access to an ensuite bathroom or sharing bathroom facilities.
STUDIO SANCTUARY
Our studio sanctuaries are suitable for single occupancy.
For those who want it all, we offer our studio sanctuaries. Larger than normal rooms, these studios are spacious, stylish and decked out with everything you need and include, a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, ensuite bathroom, small dining and living area and tv.
The listed price on Studio Sanctuaries is the full rental price. This will vary based on the house, location and size of the room. As we secure both established homes to refurbish and build new homes each studio room is different.
GRANNY FLATS and COUPLES ROOMS
Our granny flats and couples rooms are suitable and designed for couples. However, should you wish to apply for these spaces as a single occupant this is possible at the full rental rate.
For those who are coupled we offer our couples rooms and granny flats. Much more spacious than our standard rooms and the studios, these spaces are stylish and decked out with everything you need and include, a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, ensuite bathroom, small dining and living area and tv.
