OUR STORY
Living Rooms began in 2017 as JNG Property Group. It was born from founders Neil and Jo Gibb identifying a clear gap in the Perth market for stylish, affordable housing. Things needed a shake up and born and bred in the UK, their experience with the success of coliving fueled what came next…
They imagined and started working on refurbishing and building coliving homes that were stylish, functional, spacious and built around community.
Today the team is 14 person strong and the duo have introduced over 100 coliving properties to the Perth rental market.
All of the team are curious, open-minded, respectful, and incredibly dedicated to what they do. Living Rooms is home and family to the team. They cherish each day working and creating with each other to bring about change and a positive impact.

With our commitment to adding 10,000 new rooms by 2031, we're shaking up the housing scene in Perth. We're not just about roofs and walls; we're all for creating funky, sustainable living spaces that embrace a shared experience.
